Empowering Healing Through Color: A Journey to Emotional Wellness

ree

šŸ’ I’ve noticed many people posting versions of this:

ā€œDo me a favor, stay away from me if you don’t have good intentions. I don’t have it in me any longer to give my love to those who only abuse it.ā€

Not too long ago, I would have shared this myself. But what I’ve come to understand is this: it isn’t only about others’ intentions—it’s also about our own healing.

The more I heal, the more clearly I can recognize when someone’s wounds might spill over onto me and cause pain.

The more I heal, the stronger my boundaries become, protecting me from those who intend harm.

The more I heal, the less I look for others to fill an emptiness inside me—an emptiness that once left me vulnerable.

Healing empowers us. It allows people with ill intentions to pass us by, because we no longer invite them into the spaces meant for our peace, safety, and love. šŸŒ±šŸ’œ
