❓ What happens in a Color & Convo session?

We start with our set of color wellness glasses — 11 different colors, each with 2–3 shades.

We have clip-on styles and over-the-glasses options so everyone can participate.

You can wear each color for 1 to 30 minutes — the timing is based on your preference, the coach’s intuition, or a timer.

❓ What do you do while wearing the color wellness glasses?

Not ready to talk? No problem. You can simply watch the world go by, listen to music, or enjoy a podcast.

Depending on the coach and your needs, sessions can include:

The beauty of Color & Convo is its flexibility — it can happen anywhere you feel comfortable:

☕ Your favorite coffee shop or kava bar (we love the atmosphere at Kava Colorado)

❓ How long does a session last?

Sessions can be as short as 2 minutes (one color) or up to 2 hours for individuals.

Group sessions can run longer depending on the group’s needs.

💲 $50 per hour — with a sliding scale available.

🇺🇸 Veterans and their support people can qualify for free glasses and sessions.

❓ How did Color & Convo start?

I’m the wife of a veteran who has battled severe PTSD — so severe it almost destroyed our marriage. My husband, like many, avoids doctors and medication, so I prayed for another answer.

One day, I began seeing posts about color wellness glasses. The very next day, my son’s friend arrived wearing pink ones. My husband tried them, felt something shift, and used our savings to buy a full set.

From then on, we sat together daily — sometimes chatting casually, other times processing deep feelings the colors stirred up. Slowly, we felt better.

We began sharing with family and friends, and in March 2022 we launched Color & Convo LLC. By July 2024, we had an office, and now we’ve chosen to be mobile to better serve our community year-round.

Our mission is to support those struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, migraines, grounding, connection, and more — one color, one conversation at a time. 💙💚💛
